Cuddles - I think the most important statement is "And you find you're not alone in this challenge" We are all with you on this journey. We are standing strong together to continue on our path. We are Non-Smokers! You are doing great! Cuddles, Ramble on Cuddles, oh how I know what a challenge it is learning to be a non-smoker. You're right you have to be in control of you quit, and everthing else in your life if possible. Looking back only brings pain, so always look to the future with you chin held high. Cuddles, congratulations on your 20 days, you're doing great. I look forward to some more of your rambling... Have a wonderful smoke-free week-end. Learning to be a non-smoker is a very big challenge. It is a lot more than just not smoking. By not smoking you are learning how to take better control of your life. You gain more self-confidence, because you are succeeding in a major accomplishment. You take more pride in yourself. You dont stink like an ashtray anymore. You learn that you have the strength to get through stressful times without smoking. And you find out that you are not alone in this challenge. What ever you do dont look back and dont give up. Keep a POSITIVE attitude, POST as often as necessary at SSC, because there is always someone there to get you through the rough times, And most important Not One PUFF Ever Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... Cuddles, I notice a huge change in this quit from previous quits... you're not hoping anymore... you're KNOWING that this is it! I truly believe that this is your forever quit! I'm so happy that you're sharing the knowledge and wisdom that you've gained through this process! That was an awesome first attempt at rambling... I look forward to future ramblings of yours.
