I know what you mean about it all being in our heads. I mentioned to my husband the other day about being nervous about stepping down to 7mg. He said not to think about it because then it may really be rough on me. So I have tried not to think about it all day. And it hasn't been a problem. Sometimes we can really sabotage ourselves. I wonder why that is. How long are you on the 14mg? I was on them for 2 weeks. Stay Strong. Isn't the itching the worst? I find sometimes I am scratching several spots at once since some of them itch for days.( good reason to put them on scratch friendly surfaces only.)lol. Welcome to the SSC Lynda. Sounds like your off to a great start. I used the patch too and it was itchy for me but I figured that was better than smoking. Keep up the good work and don't ofrget to reward yourself constantly.
