Hi Elaine, Everyone likes their own comfort food I suppose but I like dried fruit and also pieces of veggies cut into sticks such as carrot, celery etc. and you can add a low fat dip as well if you like. Water and juices are also good for filling you up healthily. Tonight I'm going to hospital with my mother to find out how NOT to smoke. So far I haven't smoked in two days. I feel pretty good. The worst part is about 9:30 10 at night. That's the worst craving for me so far. But I figure if I can make it to that point I should be o.k. I'm using the patch. Last night I ate on popcorn instead of a smoke! Does anyone have any NEW ideas about what to snack on instead of gum and sugarless candy?
