This is the longest i have succeeded in not smoking been nine days actually the last couple of days havent been too bad it gets hard sometimes when i see my brother in other room smoking but i just remind myself i dont smoke i am hoping this is it i can quit

Judy - Congrats on 9 days. Theat is a really tough time. I am so glad you found the SSC. IT is a great place to get support if you need it as well as some free tools that really help if you want to quit smoking. Judy, Cravings are the toughest to get through. Seeing your brother smoking will indeed bother you. However, you used a great coping mechanism. You understood that smoking is not what you want in life. You made the choice to quit smoking and you are sticking to it! Good for you!
