Big TIME! I've been having problems with PMS getting worse in the last year anyway. I've started wearing a hormone patch 7 days prior so my first and only experience so far with PMS has been really bad. I feel very angry, depressed, and like I just want to crawl out of my skin. I used to smoke a lot more during my PMS week.. now I'm just stuck with all the "stuff". So yes, it is difficult. I fogot where I read it, maybe on this site, but it suggested that you not attempt to quit the week before your period.. Gees, now I know why. My advice, whatever it is worth, is to remember that it will be over soon, and just hang in there. At least we know that part is cyclical and we will get through it. My first PMS was week 3 of my quit, and it was a doozy. Be proud of your quit and you'll make it through that yukkie week. ;)
