Welcome to hell week, siomarie! :)
It passes, trust me, it passes. Everyone is different, but it sounds like your first day may be the worst one.
My first day was a constant "heading out to smoke" fight. I was actually a bit sore that evening like I'd spent the day doing yard work, or something else physical.
The second was all the junkie thoughts; multiple ones at once going on all day. I called them "voices in my head" (LOL). Mostly they were annoying, but some were rather comical.
The third day I blew up all over the Demon Busters thread. I was so mad at cigarettes and what I was going through that I went to the store, bought a pack, came back to work and shredded them. That did wonders for my attitude. Calmed me right down.
If you need to vent, cry, scream, or blow up come here and do it. The people around you don't deserve it and we don't mind. :p
Hang in there, siomarie. You've started a grand journey. We'll be pleased if you let us help you along on it.
