I hope you all don't get bored of welcoming newbies. I have been a smoker for the better part of 15 years. The most recent failure to quit left me smoking about 12/day. An improvement over the 1.5 pack/day of a few years ago, but for some reason this time seems just as hard or harder. My wife smokes too and also quit and restarted several times. Usually one of us sucks the other back in. I am trying cold turkey as I have had mixed results with the patch and the gum. I'd really like to just have it out of my system all together. I am thinking of trying Zyban. Anyway, I am so glad to have found this site and this group.
