I have just posted once (day 10, I think) and thought I would post again to say that I'm hanging in here!
I still crave most of the time, but that's better than all the time, I guess.
My daughter that I hadn't seen in 2 years came visit, she goes outside to smoke and I feel the terrible impulse to go join her, but I don't.
When I have a minute off, I read, read, read...
I look forward to see myself as a non-smoker (in my head, I still smoke) :confuse:
I also look forward to recover my coherence and get rid of that permanent sensation of not being prepared for a test that I have tomorrow...
Other than that, my skin looks great, my eyes are shiny, I go up and down stairs like a breeze!! :)
