bagsgirl, First of all, congratulations on your decision to quit!!!! It sounds like you really are ready! Second, you have to look at this as not something that you're giving up or losing, but something that you are GAINING! You are regaining your LIFE, your FREEDOM, your MONEY! You're not LOSING cigarettes... you're making a choice to better your life. It's not that you CAN'T smoke again... it's that you are choosing to do something that will change your life for the better. Also, try not to look at this as a forever thing. Take it one day at a time.
By the yard, it's hard but by the inch, it's a sinch!
Keep that in mind. Just worry about right now and try not to think too much about "forever." It's too overwhelming if we think about it that way. On the bright side, I'm totally impressed with your planning and preparation. I can tell that you really want this and are prepared to take your life back once and for all. Just keep those coping tools with you. You're going to do awesome tomorrow and we'll all be here for you to help you along! Congratulations on quitting! Crave the Quit! I think the scariest part of this is the first day, getting started. Once you get going you'll discover what a great tool the SSC is. We're here for ya, and have been there, done that... It sounds like you have a great attitude, so lets get started. you can do it.
