Hi Bonbons,
The first few days were allright, than I had a few days where I thought I was going insane. Now, I have reached the point where, during the day, I don't miss it that much. However, the evenings are still hard. But I tend to go to bed a lot earlier these days, and it seems to help. Just keep reminding myself how awful I felt when I smoked. I would get these crazy headaches, and wake up with horrible nicotine hangovers. My goal is to buy a very good pair of running shoes as soon as I hit the 20 day mark, start running in the park every morning, and join our local running club. It just feels incredible to be able to breath again, and I can only imagine how much better it is going to be the longer I stay quit.
Good luck to you as well. Am looking forward to read your posts.
Gaby
