Here I am almost at the 5 month mark...Yippeee!! I hardly ever think of smoking anymore and quitting turned out to be better than expected. I still don't get why i have the occasional dream of either smoking, craving one or being offered one. The other nite in my dream i was having a MASSIVE craving that i couldn't control and i smoked in the dream. Let me tell you when i woke up i was so relieved to realize it was only a dream. I never want to smoke again. I hate the fact that i once let smoking control me but now i have control and it feels great!! I hope everyone has a happy & safe Memorial weekend!! Hello BJ, I love Your determination and inspiration to Others, You get and A+ in my book, keep it up Friend, for Your in the Drivers seat, and that always makes me happy to hear a story like Yours, Just passed the 3 year mark myself, and I know where Your coming from, That 5 months look's good on Ya, Don't walk backwards now, its full steam ahead Friend, Just don't put too much in those dreams of smokeing and the craving's and urges, For it too will pass in time, Just keep the patience an the positive thinking on Your side, Take care, and don't lose that Eye of the Tiger, Smokless In Oklahoma :)

After all the time shown below, I still have an occasional dream of smoking. In that dream, I feel like a real bum. I then wake up and feel like a real success story. We shall survive. Lindsey
