I'm at about the 40 day or more point. I have some cravings but not that strong, almost like an after though or conditioned response from YEARS or smoking. I'm ALWAYS glad to be at the end of a day and not smoked. Slowly, it seems to get easier.

New me,
Well the good news is this is if you keep saying NOPE, you'll never have to go through this again!
Nobody craves forever. This will end. You've seen it happen time and time again on our boards.

I am at 120 days, and I am still in no man's land. The last 2 weeks have been very hard on me. My resolve does get chipped away at and I think that one cig will ease the pain, so to speak. But, it will only increase the cravings. There is no option but to put one foot in front of the other and keep walking. I have to say that I do get discouraged when folks that have over 250 days say that they stilll want to smoke, or are having bad cravings. I do not want to have to live feeling like this for another 100 days! But, so be it if that is what it takes to be rid of this crippling addiction.
