Hi everybody Just wanted to check in to say hello and proudly say that I am still smoke free. I am incredibly happy not to have this demon as strong as it has been for most of my life. I also realize that it is a daily battle that I can now control with the help of this group and family and friends. Many thanks for all the encouraging words and tips. My partner and I have decided to use the money saved from smoking to go on cruise!!!! My researching cruises has kept me busy and motivated. The junkie thinking is so huge for me but I can keep it control. I take it one day at a time and conquor each temptation as they come and go. It is so helpful to have learned that the cravings will pass....just don't light up. I am so looking forward to reaching the 90 day club. Will be back soon.
