Hi Bill,
Quitting is hard. It may be the hardest thing you have ever done.
AND it can be done. If you want to not smoke more than you want to smoke, you can make it, and have a successful Quit.
My Quit is fairly new, and I am protecting my Quit with everything I have day and night. No one or no thing is going to come between me and my Quit. Come rain or shine, I hold my Quit up and I do w/e I have to do, each moment, each day, to keep my Quit strong. I am learning each day new tools to add to my Quit toolbox, and you will too!
Read the posts here on the site - they will help alot. And post alot, ask for support when you need it, just write and process what you're going through.
There will be good and bad and really bad days. Emotional roller coasters and strange dreams, anger and tears - and you can do this - we are all doing this, dear one.
Best and blessings-
Healer
