Congrats to all on their fabulousness! Yes, I am here to celebrate some BEACH TIME!! Even painted my toenails to celebrate.
Things I have learned after 100+ days:
1. I AM strong enough to quit
2. Cigarette smoke really stinks
3. You can go to a bar, have drinks, and not smoke
4. I can go through a day where I forget I smoked
5. I REALLY LIKE NOT SMOKING
6. I used to think about smoking ALL THE TIME, now it may occur to me a couple times a day that if I still smoked, it would be time for a cigarette
7. You are never cured, only quit. It's a constant process. You wouldn't excercize for 4 months and then say "Well that's it, I exercized, now I can do it whenever I want so there's no need to keep it up"
Big hugs to all still working the quit.
