Hi Jessica!
Well done on setting a date to quit.
As others have said, use the program here - I went through it a week after I had quit, as I only just found it, and found it very useful.
It will help you to think of *why* you want to quit, mechanisms for coping with those horrible ol' cravings, how to prepare for quitting, how you are going to reward yourself after a week, a month, etc.- plus you can have a daily record of how you are getting on once you do quit. There are some wonderful ideas there, and the answers you gave can be revisited to remind you of them!
Also, post in th4ese forums whenever you feel tempted... looking at what has been written here, they are non-judgemental, friendly, and (for some people very important) anonymous, unlike your friends, who you might be embarrassed to admit you felt tempted.
Many of us have quit more than once... the important thing is that you want to quit, and you keep trying... this will be the time you succeed!
Steve
