I'm proud of you for staying strong! Keep your head held high, and walk with pride!
This is an amazing thing you are doing for yourself! We always have our ups and downs, but look at them as a way of your body healing. Healing from all those years of abuse!!
Be kind to yourself! Make sure you read Rewards, nicotine, and the brain . It is so helpful on the reasoning behind why it is so important to reward ourselves.
I still try to tell myself things that have changed for the better since I quit. I used to do it everyday, but now, it is getting a little harder to find some new ones! But I have printed them out on a pretty piece of paper, and I carry them with me. Just knowing how far I've come, and the things that I have noticed that have changed, makes this quit a little brighter.
Also, maybe starting a new hobby might make you feel excited again! I started gardening. It is so nice to be able to smell!!
Anyhow, I just wanted to check in with you. I am glad you crushed one of Nicodemons little tricks! Stay strong!
