Storm

Way to go, Pam!! I'm proud of you. Tornadoes are something I do not miss about Alabama, or that part of the country in general. Had a few close calls myself. You do need to find a safe place there, even if it's just a nearby ditch. I've never liked the idea of a basement in a storm - too much house above me. But then I've never lived in a house with one so what do I know? I checked the storm moving through on the NOAA website and saw some of the aftermath in Missouri on the TV this morning. Glad to see you're OK. :) And I'm very glad to see you made it through an incredibly bad situation without a smoke. You had the excuse, the need, and the supply, yet you still said "No". Good for you! Great Job Butterfly and Silver. Always remember, you now only have to fight the "nicodemon" every once in a while...Not every minute like in the beginning..... Tornadoes would diffinitely would be a huge trigger for most of us....You two really are true quitters!!!! Pam.... And the thought that "well, if I die in a tornado tonight, it's not going to matter if I smoked a cigarette" running through my head. listen up girlfriend.....there were tornadoes up here also and if we had both blown away, you would probably have met me at those certain 'gates' and I just would have "known" that you smoked. LOL You keep away from them nasty things... I don't wanna have to come down there and swat your patootie for ya ;p now you stay clean....you hear me?? Katy p.s. some family in Columbia said hail ruined their vehicle!! We had hail but it was small and not frozen hard.....it rained 1.7 inches My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1529 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 61,190 Amount Saved: $8409.5 Life Gained: Days: 199 Hrs: 12 Mins: 54 Seconds: 18
