Well done Janet - wish I was at 20 days - the way I am feeling, that seems impossible right now. L

You may be BLAH but you are not smoking way to go girl!! I have to remind myself every morning as I get out of bed that I am a nonsmoker I can't wait till the day that I don't remember that needed a smoke to get going in the morning! :p P My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/2/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 21 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 581 Amount Saved: $77.7 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 2 Mins: 18 Seconds: 1

It does go by slowly sometimes...other days its like "wow, I can't believe I made it to x days already!!". Each day gets better (sometimes you don't feel like it) but any day that goes by that you're not smoking is a good day!! N.O.P.E. Tody started out like most others...wake up in a bit of a cranky mood because that first morning cigarette is still calling to me and making me angry with my quit. But for some reason, the whole day has been like that today. I don't want to smoke, don't really even want to go find one or buy any but yuck, I'm just feeling very angry today. UGH N.O.P.E. Good for you Janet. You are a successful Quitter and that's what it's all about! When I quit, whenever I wanted a cigarette I had a peppermint ir chewed fruity gum. Maybe a replacement for when you first wake up is in order. Keep up the good quit. You are in Blah week and doing GREAT!
