Hi Janet.....don't know if this helps, but the way you're feeling is totally normal. You need to find ways to feel better with something besides a cig. I like to walk/exercise as I am worried about ballooning up, but, really, it just makes me feel good. I take a book everywhere , something to do besides smoke. You get the idea. Yoga is great....buy a DVD for your next reward.
You are doing great....don't get discouraged. I promise it gets easier. This too will pass. It's not always easy and fun but you can do it. Just don't smoke. And, please, feel free to come here and rant, rave, kick and scream or just read. Maybe it's time to go shopping and reward yourself.
