Awesome! Post often over the wknd & keep busy. You'll notice time passing w/ no thoughts of smoking at all. But then, just when you're feeling cocky & over-confident, the craving will come out of nowhere. Don't let it drag you back to square one. Each moment that goes by w/out a smoke is one step ahead & away from the smokers' pit. You could make an agreement w/ yourself: Before I smoke a cigarette, I'll log in & post first, "About to slip - HELP!!!" I'm sure you'll get the whole squadron to come running. (Normally I don't hv access to a computer over the wknds, but if I do, I'll be leading the rescue effort!) You've made the best choice of your life. You can be a Fresh Air Freak, too!
