What a weekend

NascarFan, Sometimes I think we are twin souls or something ! I had a lousy weekend too. I craved cigs on Friday night, Saturday, and all day Sunday. Even this morning. I know I am PMSing .... BiG tIMe ! LOL I knew it was gonna be rough but I had no idea it would be this bad! Congratulations on making it through this weekend... and I must also pat myself on the back too ! Man, it was tough. It was the first time in a long time I even considered smoking! It was unreal. I am better now but I am still very tired and feeling emotionally depleted. I guess I should try to get some rest tonight and try not to think too much. I am glad you made it, Nascar! I had a 2 day crave and it sucked! I made it but man it was so hard. I kept trying to come up with reasons why it would be okay for me to smoke a cig! LOL! I never would but the junkie thinking was there for sure!! It started Friday right after work and ended Sunday early afternoon! I have no clue what the heck but I am almost at my month so maybe that is why! I went to a BBQ where everyone smoked. I sat at a picnic table and everyone came over and stashed thier smokes right in front of me on the table...thanks! So I sat there and looked at them and then ignored them. I am really glad it passed. It wasn't as bad as my day 8-10 crave but it was definatly there. I made it through and here I am!!! :) Heading for a month....at my 4 week mark today!! Nice work NascarFan - Nice work indeed. It'sd no wonder you had a two day crave being exposed to all that smoking. To not have folded took a bunch of strength. Good work. keep it up.
