Just wanted to stop by and say hello to all the veterans that helped me thru my addiction.
Also wanted to let the "new kids" in on the secret of quiting......................... ready? Just stay at this site and don't take that first drag. its really that easy! sure its tough some days, but it gets easier each passing day.
At this time last year I was at 40 days. I thought I would never get here. now look "I'm here"!
New Kids, Just keep pushing. it gets sooooo much easier. I hardly ever think of a smoke anymore.
Again, all you veterans, thank you so much. if it wasn't for you I would be sitting here at my computer with a cig hanging out the corner of my mouth, head cocked, smoke rolling in my eye, tearing up, coughing, droping ashes on my keyboard, the pulling the smoke out of my mouth but having it stick to my lip as my fingers slide down all the way to the "FIRE" before it comes lose. shaking my hand, cursing and saying Damn, I need to quit this nasty habit. (I know you all have done this) :)
BUT NOT ANY MORE!!!
PS. Its so easy now that I missed (should say forgot) my 13 mth and 400 day anniversary.
Life is GOOD, Thank GOD
