I have a free back rub from a 8 year old waiting and then bed for me too -I still have not picked it back up yet - I feel bad I know you're waiting for reaction. I'll get to it soon, my job is keeping me late and then I fall asleep on the train (my only reading time!) Sleep well my friend and thanks for checkin in on me. Hope you're all good! Hi Lady, Glad I caught you - was just about to hit the hay. I'm jealous, you actually got his book that just came out Promise Me, so can't tell you about that one. There is no particular order to read them (I like that) they are both great. I read No Second Change first. Note that some of books are about a sports agent character Myron Bolitar, these I do not find as enjoyable, but still have read many of them because they are good, just not the great big excitement the "regular" books of his are. Harlan was on the Early Show touting his new book while I was in the hospital Tuesday and I was wondering if you and RedRosie had gotten started on anything yet. Hope you have winded down your finals and school requirements. I know how hard school, work, kids and home is. You surely deserve a BIG treat. I hope you enjoy the books. I have the author you gave me written down at work too, so when I go the used book store (AfterWords)I can check it out. Thanks for the recommendation and have an excellent night. Alley Ann, Thank you! I would miss being here and having friends to chat with, I agree with you, the Shamrocks are a special bunch of nice people - we do fit in quite nicely. I enjoy being with a group of people who have my same quit time. I hope things are getting better each day for you as well! Coincidentally, my daughter Shannon came home with her new softball team shirt and they are the Shamrocks! how appropriate!! Yesterday I got an up close and personal look at my heart while it was working extremely hard via EKG (ultrasound). I had a stress test at the hospital (among a million other tests). All I could think about was the more I looked at this and listened to the cardiologist telling me everything looked really great was that I was extremely happy that I quit smoking cigarettes and worked my treadmill. Being in the hospital is a HUGE reality check for those of us on the "outside" anyway. Before this trip to the hospital, to keep my quit going all I had to think about was what my grandpa looked like in the final stages of lung cancer. It keeps me on track and defends me against "junkie talk". While seeing him was the scariest thing I have ever seen in my life, it helped me realize I want my end to be different. At that time I was too young and stupid to realize that could happen to anyone - not just "old" people. Being healthy is all there is folks, because without it, there IS nothing else. Wishing you all the best of health and inspiration wherever you can find it. By the Way --Did I tell you that YOU LOOK MARVELOUS not smoking today?????
