update... I had a smoking dream

Hello Shamrock Pamala! ~waving to you ~ good to see you're doing GREAT. I too had a dream that I smoked -- but when I woke up I knew right away I didn't because I was in my room and I had never smoked in my house. I was actually sweating!!! Dreams can seem so real.. I'm glad some dreams don't ever come true. Take care and keep up the terrific quit ya got going there. last night... it's weird, I haven't had any urge or wanting to smoke that I've been aware of, while awake, but I had a very weird dream last night, and I was smoking... :8|: and I remember saying in my dream that I was soooo mad at myself for going back to smoking because I'd done so well with quitting... I woke up going, okay, did I really smoke? :quest: or was that really a dream? lol and then I was like, OH WHEW! it WAS just a dream! ;p lol but it kinda creeps me out lol... especially since this has been really easy for me compared to before, and I really haven't had any probs at all lol.. oh well just thought I'd update while I'm here lol... nope no actual smoking, just dreaming of it I guess lol... *hugs* everyone! Thanks for all the support! and to the newbies... it does get better and you can do this if you just believe in yourself! Pamala 42 days, 14 hours, 3 minutes and 1 second smoke free. 937 cigarettes not smoked. $150.15 and 7 days, 3 hours of your life saved. Pamala, Those dreams are such a pain! I've only had one so far but the realism was frightening. I too was very disappointed that I was smoking. Now I am waiting for the dream where I am NOT smoking! Great quit by the way! i still have those dreams now and then.when i wake up now everything is fine. BUT........... the first one went like this... i was smoking a cig and was really mad at my self for doing it, then i woke up and realized it was a dream, now i was really mad at myself so i grabbed a smoke and puffed away getting even more mad at myself, then i realized i was still asleep and i was dreaming so i woke up,grabbed a smoke etc.finally i came to the realization that if i was really smoking why did i happen to have cigs in my truck ( i was an over the road trucker)and i knew i hadnt gone to get any. but man that sucked. the whole next day was tough too. just remember it was only a dream.
