But this is something you will eventually have to face and get through, so why not do it now and get it over with? Rip the bandage off instead of doing it slowly.
Have you been rewarding yourself over the last six weeks? That would probably go the farthest in helping you over this hump. Rewards can be as cheap or expensive as you want to make them. The only real requirement is that they make you happy.
