Am I an oldie? I am really having a bad day. Had to go on another link. Now I am fine. Have not smoked one and will not. Still having bad days. Harder at home than out with a beer, believe ir or not. What a terrible addiction this is. Never realized it. Gained 20 lbs. but that is ok. I was too thin anyway. Just wanted everbody to know that I am still here and I usually get on every day. Ho Katiequitter....yep, I do remember you. What a fabulous accomplishment to be quit one year! :) In the beginning, we were not so sure we could do it. I give alot of credit to SSC and all the wonderful people here have been sooo supportive. I'll be at 300 days in a couple of weeks. I love it ;p NOPE, Janet My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 281 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,637 Amount Saved: $1405 Life Gained: Days: 37 Hrs: 4 Mins: 3 Seconds: 17

Hey Katiequitter...I'm still here too. (wow I'm an oldie?) It was just yesterday that we were signing up wasn't it? Of coarse we remember you. Glad to see you are doing so well. It is great to feel the freedom of not smoking. I love it! Wouldn't trade it for anything. That's not what we were thinking this past summer :p There are a lot of us that are still around. Great seeing you again. Hi Katiequitter, we have the same quit day! It's hard to believe we've struggled along and are now the veterans. Each day seemed like "forever" and now it seems like we just quit. Many veterans are still around but taking more of an observational back seat ~ except the true philosophers like duffis and golferman!!
