jspv...that is exactly what got me through the first few weeks. There is no way I could ever start all over again. Hang in there. Remember: Every day is one day closer to never feeling this way again. It does get easier and you are doing an awesome job. Keep going! That's a great attitude to have... just hang in there and you'll make it through. Yes, the first few weeks are hard, but you're that much closer to never feeling this way ever again! Congratulations on your 4 days. Give yourself a good reward for making it through! Rewards are important when quitting, so make sure you are very good to yourself. Crave the Quit! Well done :) Jspv - keep going !!! It's a good tactic and worth sticking to. But remember to try and be positive though about your quit - each and every day on your quit adds benefit in health, wealth and wellbeing. JS, Keep Strong, You are almost through "hell Week" and that is a big accomplishment :) Try and make up a great reward for day seven and feel proud that you gave completed a week! You deserve a reward! Hang tough, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
