You need to work out a plan for each of those items that "caused you to smoke" so they won't catch you off guard this time. That is one thing you can not afford to be at this time (off guard). Go and write down what each was, and then come up with 5 other ways you could have handeled it. And really write the answers, somehow seeing it in print is a very powerful thing.
Then as you prepare to face each of those situations once more, go over your list, and get prepared. One of the folks on here told of how they faced their first night out by taking an empty cig pack and covering it with affirmitive statements like, "I don't smoke" "Not one Puff ever" "One smoke, one smoker" and lots of others. Then filled the pack with gum and hard candies and put it where the smokes normally reside on their person. That is called having your coping techniques lined up. So get yours ready also.
