WOOHOO FOR YOU! Keep it up, you can do it. A week is a really really long time when you've just quit smoking, and you've survived! Hell week is over Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... I've made it through HELL WEEK relatively unscathed. I feel better than I did a week ago, but I know I'm not out of the woods yet. I expect to expunge larger amounts of black crud from my bagpipes. :( I expect the really really weird dreams to continue. :quest: I expect more headaches. :| And I look forward to all of it, knowing they are signs of healing. Thanks, every one, for taking this journey with me. Strength be with us.
