DD - Congratulations! You're doing it! Water, sugar-free gum & candy, tea-tree toothpicks, exercise, & lots of time on SSC have allowed me to reach Day 5! We can do this! woo hoo, day three! Feeling good. This morning I took the deepest breath I've taken in years! Can't believe how good I feel. I made it for 1 1/2 yrs smoke free, but feel off the wangon for the past 6 months. I think that has made it easier for my body to handle this quit. Instead of saying, "what the F*&^", it's saying, "what took you so long".

yeah, day two. Not over confident, but committed to this quit. The "drinking lots of water" really is helping. I'm not sure if this is where I should be posting, still really new to the site.

Hi, DD. This is a good place to be posting since it's always gotten the most traffic. Glad to hear you're committed to your quit. That's key to your success. Congratulations on day 2.
