So nice to read your thoughts and words of encouragement :)Thank you very much. So, today it is my first day :) It is not very hard, because i never smoke at work. In the morning i didn't have cigarretes, so was no any possibility to slip. I am having some light sadness in my eyes, feeling very dizzy, sleepy today, but feeling so calm inside and so satisfied that breath is so easy. In some way i like feeling like in other dimension :) It is not first time to me of quiting, so i know that day after day it will be easier and easier.Dizziness will pass until tommorow. The hardest will be if i will meet my smoking brother or smoking friends, esspecially if we will go to club. But i am preparing to it myself, so, hope, untill it happen, i will be ready :) Thank you all for responding to me very much again. ;) muse

Hi, everyone, it is important to find someone else, who expieriences the same problems and to see that it is possible to quit :) i was smoking 8 years, since i was 17. then i quit. successfully and was not smoking at all for 3 years. was so proud of myself and everybody around respected this step and strong will. but about a year ago i made one puff just for fun.i didn't started to smoke after it, but some ban in my brains was broken, some limit which was keeping me so strong was deleted. and so after some strong quarel with my boyfriend(he was a smoker :( ) i smoked again that was the new start. on dcember i was not smoking more than a month :) but, one very hard evening and i slipped again. so now i need to start again..hope this time will be successful...i want it very much.and know that am strong enougth to do it. :8|: and hope here will find some help to do it right

It appears the monster won the first couple of rounds of this fight. Now, come out swinging at the bell and do not stop. Hit it with left and right jabs, up-cuts, sidewinders, haymakers,etc.. When you are finished with all that, stomp him into the mat with all you have. Kill it once and for all and take pride in doing it. Well, how about it champ...you ready.......
