Hi all, it's funny but the other day I logged on and took a quick look at my stats.. it was like stepping through a time portal. It has only been about two months since my last smoke but it felt like many more !
When I'm caught up in a crave, and mine are very mild and of short duration, I find myself thinking it will go on forever . Or, how many more months do I have to endure this ?
Gee after 40 years of puffing away one would think I'd have a better perspective on this ? I have often thought it odd and a bit self -centered when others after two or three days without smoking wondered
"when will this end" ? Well, welcome to my personal time distortion !
Once the reality hit and I has a better view of me and my addiction I could see this ain't that bad. Most of my time is spent 100% free of craving and in good comfort. A very good trade off. I can also breath again. Thanks to you all.
Best,
Webster
