REWARDS ARE A MUST !!!

20 years ago 0 85 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I am at 83 glorious days today and last week I went ahead and planned my 100 day reward !! I am going to a resort in Mexico for three days with a few of my friends so I will actually be at the beach shortly after my 100 day mark. I am amazed at how good I feel giving myself this reward. To anyone that is not rewarding themselves regularly for their great feat of quitting , YOU MUST BE GOOD TO YOURSELF !!! Small or large the rewards must keep coming !!!!! You are so right CJ....rewards are important. Anytime you start feeling a little down...a little reward shopping is great therapy. Your trip sounds great! Awesome 100 day reward! I agree with you. Rewards are so important, they tell us how good we are for quitting and staying quit and they make you feel so proud of yourself. It doen't matter if its a trip or a nice hot soak in the tub, they are all rewards and they are important!!!
