Rob... go on back to bed if that's what it takes. Protect your quit. It is an aweful period but you can do it. Kick, scream, cry, punch a pillow, break dishes, whatever it takes, just don't smoke! Just hang on tight and know that this will pass relatively quickly. Keep putting on foot in front of the other and you will make it.
