Hi commit,
It is really hard, this quitting:) And it definitely can be done.
For me, it has taken all of the tenacity I can muster to focus, to keep myself grounded, and I protect my Quit with everything in me. And it does work. It does, and it can for you too:)
I keep saying it but it is so true: when you want to stop smoking more than you want to smoke, you are ready for a successful Quit journey.
Hang in, hold tight and stay close to the site. Post and read. Read and post. Walk, water the grass, call a friend, cry (I still do that!) -watch a movie, yell, hug the dog, run around the block, walk down the street, get online, JUST DON'T SMOKE:)
Sending lots of + energy and special blessings-
Healer
