Cuddles, we are all here and you have got to let us help you through this HELL. Just reading your words made me want to go out and get some cig's. NO WAY AM I GOING TO DO THIS!!! I know how you are feeling and all those thoughts coming and going. I also know if I smoke one that is the end of my quit. I live alone and its hard not to have anyone to talk to. You are setting a good example for your husband. Think of all the good that will come out of this quit, your health will improve and hubby will also quit. As you go through this journey you don't know who else you are helping. Stay strong and do something special with hubby today. Hang tight!!!!! Cuddles, you hang in there. There are going to be some lows and you are going to ride them out. Tie that knot and hang on tight. You are not going to smoke. One second, minute, day at a time. You are stronger than this. You know the wiley ways of this addiction and you are stronger. You are wonderful and you deserve a smokefree life. Don't forget it. Ever. This is life or death. choice puts the free in freedom. keep on keepin' on - fish My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/21/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 82 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,485 Amount Saved: $410 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 17 Mins: 3 Seconds: 37

Thank you all so much for your response. I love being smoke free. I am feeling alot better and some how I will make it this time. Being down and craving are a very bad combination. But I got through it with your help. Just wasnt up to posting earlier. Thanks for being there, without my quit family life would not be the same. Wow almost 30 days, but feel like smoking, but I dont want to. Why does it have to be so hard some times. I want to do what is right, but some times I just dont seem to care. Some times it is really hard to stay strong. Hubby is trying to quit, he only had 2 smokes today. I should be happy, but I am not happy today. Found out this week that my neighbor has terminal cancer, he never smoked in his life. I dont want to be so down on life. Nic just keeps chanting in my head. "One wont hurt" But I know it will, because if I smoke one, then I will want another, then another. Well you know how it goes. What is wrong with me? Im sorry I am rambleing on, just hopeing it will help.
