Demon nicotine is watching us very closely, waiting for an opportunity, and he is very good at what he does. Close calls may happen for a reason. They give us something to reflect on the next time we weaken.... and we will weaken a next time. Last night demon nicotine has never been so persuasive but I did not smoke. I tend to think of my addiction as something outside myself. The addiction is so close under the surface.
