I slipped after 3 weeks this last time but like you, I jumped right back onto the wagon. As others have expressed, do not beat yourself badly over the slip up. Just know that you have experienced the withdrawals before and you have your battle plan made much stronger than the last time. Wow ArwensMom - I was just talking to SUNSHINE about you the other night. I had come here and read some of your posts and I wondered where you were, and here you are!! Like you, I found a brand new pack in my car too. I remember it like it was yesterday... I learned a lesson from that - got rid of them, but the temptatation was sure there. It always will be. Now I know that. Blessings to you! I look forward to your posts- My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 46 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,638 Amount Saved: $213.9 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 1 Mins: 40 Seconds: 8

After quitting for a month in January I went back. I found a pack of cigarettes under the car seat, and that was it. I was back full time. Now I have the whole thing to go through again and it was just awful. I hope it will not be so bad this time because I am more comfortable with quitting than I was. Not only was my smoking back full time, my terrible cough was back full time as well. Today is day one and this time I'm agonna make it.
