Don't smoke. It's really simple....when the desire to not smoke outweighs the desire to light up....then you will succeed. Hopefully this will be before one of the life threatening diseases gets you.
It's actually got little or nothing to do with willpower. It is the ability to come to terms with the addiction.
Accepting that you are an addict, undersatnding what woill happen to you in the first few days, knowing the things that you can do to minimise the withdrawral etc, all of these things are the difference between failure and success.
