Hey everyone!! Its another beautiful day out there! I may go for a walk later and enjoy it while it lasts because next week its going to return to winter weather. :-( ugh, sucks Doing well with my quit, just sailing through, I feel really good and cant believe I made it this far! I am very proud of myself. I havent had many challenges yet with my quit a few but Im sure more will be on the way. No one in my fam8ily smokes except my sister and she doesnt live with me so it's easy not to be tempted. I am not sure about the weight gain thing. I think I have gained some weight cause I have this strong craving for chocolate all the time!!! But I mostly eat the same as before, the brief walking is good for now as some sort of excercise until spring comes so I can start jogging. Well gtg, I will post tommorow! How is everyone else doing? Help is on the way!!!!!!!!!! A new product is on the market that looks like, smells like and taste like regular chocolate. yet, it is a diet version and promises to help us trim a few pounds. I will try and remember the name of it and post back here. I am going to stab at the name from a bad memory --- lulite...dulite something like that. I will search it out and post to you. The people interviewed raved about it. See, help is always there when we ask for it. Great time to know this too, with Easter just around the corner and all those bunnies.
