Quitordie, I am glad to hear you're fighting through. I'm just starting to get my afternoon headache again, but I love it! All this stuff we think is so bad and hard, oh my gosh...it's so worth it! It's so much healthier than smoking. Try to smile when this stuff gets rough...it means it's working and you're doing great! QOD way to go. Big Blue Ribbon for you. You are awesome. Way to stick it out. Please don't let my misfortune negatively affect you. I am back with a vengance. It definately was not worth it. Tasted bad felt bad and left me nautious, regretful and disapointed in myself. I am grabbin the bootstraps though and jumpin back in. Now you get to do the work at the beach instead of me. Cigarettes Not Smoked

Stu, I think it will actually help to make me stronger, especially after hearing the description of your experience. I think we all imagine the cigarette that we want so badly to taste amazing and make us feel all warm and fuzzy...obviously not the case. Glad you are back and ready to fight. Hang in there, you can and will do this. Today, for some odd reason, has been the toughest so far. I almost bought a pack of smokes today while at 7-11 but somehow managed to escape the situation w/ a ton of tootsie roll suckers....it was really close though. Shevie, I have probably already gained 5 pounds from the sugar in the hundreds of suckers I have consumed in the last 5 days. But, it's worth it!!! Keep going, and always remember that smoking doesn't resolve your problems. That thought saved me many times, when i was walking to buy cigarretes. And be smarter than nicodemon. Hey Quit The key here is that you DIDN'T Buy the Cigs. You could have if you really wanted them. You are doing great. Keep your quit. vicki just 1 puff away from 2 packs a day My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/17/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 85 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,422 Amount Saved: $595 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 15 Mins: 20 Seconds: 18
