aubanki,
Hello there you beach person, congratulaions on you 4 months, I know that you are very proud and we are too.
Sorry you were sick on you trip to San Francisco, and those darn cravings didn't make you feel any better. You passed the test and that is what is important.
Wow, you sure do have a plan and those targets sound good. What a 9 month reward. Stay strong and keep on posting...
Be blessed,
SUNSHINE

It has been 4 months or 121 days since I smoked. This is the longest I have ever done this.
Just got back from a trip to San Francisco. The trip was great, but I got sick, and because of that I had trouble sleeping. Quess what, I wanted a cigarette like crazy. Well I did not give in (none available and a non smoking room) but I sure wanted to. Those darn cravings just kept on coming.
Since I must set targets for myself. My next no smoking target, to be smoke free until after I get back from Europe in October. That will make it 9 months as a non smoker, and hopefully I will be able to breath better like all the literature says.

congrats on the 4 months!!
good idea with the targets...it seems to make quitting for good appear to be more easily attainable when you have a set date to strive for. I do the same sort of thing (though I usually use the next day as my target!)
