HA!! Made it through

There were some near misses, but I emerged unscathed and still no smoking at all. I did visit this site several times, and it really helps to know I am not the only one suffering through this. I found that those little breath wafers, you know the ones that are like a little piece of tape?... anyway, they tend to knock the edge off of an unexpected craving really fast. Thanks for all of the posts here, I don't know if I could have made it without some of the information included within. I think the thing that came to my mind the most is Vickie's signature?? The 'One puff away...' thing, That's GREAT!! Bypass, Thank you for sharing your success story with us. It is great to see you used a coping mechanism (breath wafers)to help you through. Keep us updated as we can all learn from one another. Great job! Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
