Hello everyone,
OK so I started stopping this afternoon, I have been "cutting back" for the past few weeks and decided that today was going to be the day to stop a while ago. So I have finished the last cigarette of the pack. This will be the, who knows I lost count, that I have stopped. However the difference is that this time I am doing it for me, not because people have been pressuring me. So, I know what I am getting into and I need some help, I get the monster sized headaches and while meditation and relaxation are good suggestions, my job is not one where you can just stop for a few minutes. Are there any suggestions on how to battle the headaches while I am at the office?
Thanks,
STJ
