Can't believe it.

I made it until 11:17am today without even thinking about a cigarette! A good sign I think. I might have made it longer if my wife hadn't gone outside for a smoke. I can't wait 'til she starts her quit. It wasn't much of a crave and only lasted about 30 seconds. Another good sign? I sure hope so. I think that it is a great sign. I love those days when cravings are few and far between. I've been having some nasty ones lately, most likely because I stepped down to 14 mg patches 3 days ago. Just riding it out, and getting through one day at a time again. Keep it up, and maybe your wife will decide that she wants to quit also. Good thing for you that she smokes outside. Congrats DI4MG. That is a great sign I think. I love those days when you hardly think of smoking and it never realy turns into a crave. I have those from time to time now and they feel really good. Keep up the good work and make sure you guys work that plan together. How long was she supposed to wait to quit after you? Just Say N.O.P.E. Good for you Doinit. 17 days already, that's great. Your girls must be so proud. When is your wife going to join you in quitting? She must be encouraged by how well you are doing. The 2 of you could get some great advice from Duffis and his wife. Keep Strong.
