Ha Ha, You are on the patches like me? IU have quit on 11th March and tomorrow I am stepping down to Step 2 (Niquitin Clear). I totally understand you when you say that they are your safety blanket. That's how I feel and am sort of worrying about the day I have to part with them, in four weeks' time. Since you are a few days ahead of me, I would be grateful if you could let me know how you cope. Keep it up, with or without!

It goes 21mg, then 14mg, then 7mg then FREEDOM! I keep an extra patch in my truck and at the office for such occasions. Good luck. cinn, Make sure you stay on the program as requested. Check with your pharmacist to see if the stronger patch will do for today. Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
