At first- peanuts, macadamias, etc. Strong, salty flavors. Now they're just sitting there. I was never crazy for them before, but the first couple of weeks, I craved them.
Icey cold beverages, esp water. You drink slowly, almost gargling- letting it hit the back of your throat. This, combined with having to hold your breath while doing it, has helped me a lot.
