When it comes to working on anxiety, sometimes it can be helpful to visualize what our lives would be like if anxiety wasn't holding us back. Really putting some thought into this can help to motivate and solidify goals. If anxiety was holding you back how would your day to day life be different?

  • What hobbies might you take up?
  • What activities would you try?
  • What dreams would you pursue?
  • Who would you approach and talk to?
  • How would you make friends?
  • What would you do at work?
  • How would you feel when you left the house?
  • Etc.
