Welcome Laci!

I am sorry to hear how you are feeling. It is totally understandable that you feel fed up. Long term depression can feel hopeless. I am glad you are trying this program. Have you worked on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in the past? You may want the help of a counsellor as you are working on the program. The more supports and informational resources you can gather, the more likely you will have success!

Keep us posted on how you are doing and be sure to ask any questions you may have.

Hello all I have been stuggling with depression since the age of 13 and I am now in my 50's and am so so very tired of it all. Been on medication since 35 and it works then does not work then works.. so fed up and just at my wits end, so trying this as a last resort.
